New Sandwich Sign Permits in Denver

The City of Denver has recently changed the laws controlling the use of sandwich board signs by businesses. It is now legal for businesses to use sandwich boards, BUT, they must be regulated by permit. This is to ensure that they are put in the right place, don’t create a pedestrian hazard, that inspection and enforcement costs are covered, etc.
